2-room apartment in the semi-basement of a detached house, rated 3***, renovated It includes a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, Senseo coffee maker) and a lounge area with a 1.60 m sofa bed with thick mattress, a bedroom equipped with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Entry to the accommodation is through the garage of the house with a remote control. The space The accommodation is entirely on one level and accessible to a person with reduced mobility without a wheelchair. We provide a baby bed with thick mattress, high chair, and baby bath. There is a smart TV with DTT channels. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided and the beds are made upon arrival, all at no extra cost. Guest access Access to the house is via wide stairs next to a steep paved slope. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace, garden furniture and a gas BBQ. Street parking is available on the quiet street. You can have access from May to September (depending on the weather) to a 9 m by 4 m swimming pool covered and secured by a high shelter. It may be closed occasionally for a few hours or a day in case of maintenance for water treatment to ensure its quality. During this time, swimming is not possible. Price (including afternoon and evening after arrival + morning before departure): €5 per day per person over 6 years old As the pool is shared, its use is to be shared with the owners and their family, but time slots can be arranged for the private use of visitors (to be agreed on site). Swimming pool rules: mandatory shower before swimming (outdoor shower with hot water in a cabin), only swimwear is allowed, child supervision, wearing a special swimming pool diaper for babies, no diving/drinking/eating/smoking or running.
