2-room apartment in the semi-basement of a detached house, 3-star rating It includes a living room with an equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, Senseo) and a living area with a 1.60 m sofa bed with a thick mattress, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Access to the accommodation is via the garage of the house with a remote control. The space The accommodation is completely single-story and accessible to a person with limited mobility who does not use a wheelchair. We provide a travel crib with a thick mattress, a high chair, and a baby bathtub. There is a smart TV with DTT channels. Bed linen, bath towels and tea towels are provided, and the beds are made on arrival, all at no extra cost. Guest access Access to the house is via wide stairs next to a steep paved slope. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace, garden furniture and a gas barbecue. Street parking is available, which is not very busy. You can have access from May to September from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (depending on the weather) to a 9m x 4m covered swimming pool secured by a high enclosure. It can be occasionally closed for a few hours or a day in case of maintenance for water treatment to ensure its quality. In the meantime, swimming is not possible.
