Seaweed offers fantastic accommodation in the heart of Combe Martin, a delightful coastal village on the North Devon coast. Sleeping 6 guests in three bedrooms (and up to 2 dogs*), this self catering property has been recently renovated and thoughtfully renovated to offer guests a comfortable stay, within easy walking distance of both the beach and the village's amenities. The space Seaweed has parking immediately at the front of the house, you enter this nautically themed house from the conservatory, where you'll find a bench and space for hanging coats and storing walking boots. A large open plan living space boasts a comfy lounge area with two double sofas, an armchair, TV with freeview and a wood-burning stove. The dining table comfortably seats six, whilst the kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for a self-catering break. Appliances include electric oven with hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a ground floor bedroom, with a standard double bed and is located next to the downstairs bathroom (fitted with a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC). The final two bedrooms are located on the first floor, and include a second double bedroom with a standard double bed, and finally a large double size room, where guests can choose from either a super king-sized bed or two single beds, depending on their requirements (please request at time of booking). There is also a first floor bathroom with a bath and shower overhead, wash basin and WC. Outside, guests can also enter Seaweed via the rear patio, ideal for those returning from a day on the beach or a muddy walk, as there is a handy outside tap, as well as a purpose built wet-suit hanger. From Easter 2021, guests can use a lockable storage facility, ideal for bikes, kayaks or surfboards. Two dogs are welcome at Seaweed. Please note: there is an additional charge of £30 per dog per booking. Guests must notify us at time of booking, and payment must be received prior to arrival. Guest access Guests at Seaweed have access to the entire garden, patio space and parking space outside the front of the house.
