Sørlandsidyll in family friendly single-family home. 12 min away from the Zoo, 10min to Kristiansand City City. Large garden with sun from morning to evening with trampoline, playground on the neighboring plot. Close to swimming spots, hiking areas and grocery/pharmacy. Here you can swim, go to the Zoo and hike in Kristiansand's cozy streets - and at the same time be comfortable. The space Here you will find a large and lovely garden with room for a lot of play and relaxation. Taste the blueberries growing on the property or take a walk through the hedge to the playground next to it. We have a large veranda with sun from morning to evening. Here we have a barbecue and seating for 10, as well as our own children's table and extra small table. In the courtyard there is plenty of room for parking, biking and playing. We have a well equipped kitchen with seating for 6, in the living room seating for 10. We primarily want to rent to families with children, and we have what is needed for high chairs, cot, children's cutlery and bathtub.
