Have fun in the newly updated Portsmouth home! Tons of things to do!! We offer basketball hoop, cornhole boards and toys. Enjoy the nice patio overlooking a lush green backyard while having access to a Weber grill, firepit, outdoor couch and patio table set with an umbrella. This 4br 2b house is bright, immaculate, and updated w/ AC in every room. It’s situated near 4 beaches. There is a playroom in the basement with tv, toys,& books, there’s also a cute dog house under the stairs. The space 4 bedrooms: 1-Master with a queen bed and a full bathroom 2-Queen bed with a work station (desk, desktop and printer) 3- 2 single beds, one of them has a trundle. 4-this bedroom has a full bed and it’s in the basement. 2 Full bathrooms Kitchen equipped K-cups coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and water filter Playroom in the basement with tv, toys, and books. Bar sitting area. Cute dog house under the stairs. Washer and dryer Guest access Guest has access to a large backyard and entire house. Including laundry space and a play room in the basement. We also have a dog house under the stairs that offers all the comfort for your furry friend. The area is very safe and quiet, however, we do have surveillance outside of the house for safety. We offer treats, dog crate, and some toys! The house is professionally cleaned between stays to make sure it’s free from any pet fur. No pets on furniture, but if you do sleep with your pets we ask you to bring your own blankets. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8Am. No parties allowed (strictly enforced).
