Nosara CR Jungle Oasis with incredible ocean view

Description

Enjoy viewing the ocean expanse from your pool as you relax in your jungle home . Only three houses in Nosara have this incredible view where the river flows into the sea. Relax and center yourself as you listen to the ocean waves and jungle wildlife. Take a 5 minute walk through the jungle preserve to the beach below. This beautiful white sand beach leads to Playa Guiones, where you can view some of the best surfing in the world. You may even witness someone enjoying their practice of yoga. The space Although our home has all the modern luxuries, Nosara is a not a resort town. It is a quiet surf and yoga community that coexists with the local population. You are living in the jungle. There can be short utilities interruptions. You will be sharing space with the wildlife, including insects. If you desire a sterile resort environment, then go to Tamarindo. If you desire a real experience, then you have found the right place. The community of Nosara will present you with the opportunity of true" Pure Vida" (a Costa Rico saying for their way of life- Pure Life). Pack your bags and come to feel truly alive and aware. Guest access There are several beaches within walking distance. There is a very private beach within a minutes that has an adventure company for paddle boarding and canoe trips into the river that flows into the sea. The second beach has a couple different paths. Besides a couple rainy months, you can access it through the jungle preserve by a trail within 5 to 10 minutes. It is regularly used by walkers and horse riders. Once on the beach you will find several restaurants right on the beach within minutes. One of the restaurants is the famous LaLuna, considered one of the best in Nosara. I suggest reservations because it is so popular. (Ps you would want to drive or take a tuktuk when dark because there are wild animals in the jungle) These are ONLY two restaurants in Nosara on the beach. You will not find this in Guiones. There are several small food stores also in this area. You can walk to the Guiones beach this way and it is about 30 minute walk. I do it regularly, and I am in moderate shape. The Bodhi Tree is about a 45 minute walk. If you are willing to slow down and enjoy to walk, this is a great way to see the area. If not, then you definitely need a vehicle. I suggest a vehicle because Nosara is spread out, and some of the best adventures requires driving. It really depends on your vibe, and how fast you like to travel from place to the other. Other things to note Because of Nosara's location, it is constantly daylight 6am- 6pm. Nightlife starts early. However; our home is in a mellow neighborhood, so we don't allow loud nighttime activities. If you like the nightlife, then you will need transportation. Enjoy a 20% discount if you book the entire month in April.
