LIVING ROOM; comfy relaxing after long day exploring! You can transform the sofa into sofabed and enjoy local entertainment and news from 32" LCD TV. KITCHEN; Equipped with electric kettle and toaster plus you can make your favorite cuisine using available gas stove as standard utensils are provided as well, including refrigerator to keep your food ingredients. BATHROOM; simply refresh! Exhaust fan, water heater with clean towels and toiletries plus essential are provided. OTHER Exhaust fan, shoes cabinet, multi function table and electric fan places shared between living room and kitchen. The apartment is yours and you will have keys and building access card. In the ground floor, there is some local eating place [warung makan], laundry services, convenient stores, basic pharmacy [Century], mobile phone shops, with affordable price and it's only 5 minutes walking distance (if you dare to cross the road local style (^o^)) [turn on your adventures mode] to Season City Mall where you can find almost everything there, i.e; Banks, ATM, Money Changer, Cinema, Carrefour, etc. Other Malls in the proximity: - Mall Ciputra - Central Park - Taman Anggrek Close to some of the biggest Jakarta universities. Perfect for parents living outside Jakarta whith their son/daughter in university: - Trisakti University - Tarumanagara University As we are on main street, all public transports are easy to find! From Taxi [we recommend Bluebird or Express "always meter and no bargain"], public bus Trans Jakarta [busway], Minibus [angkot], Ojek [motorbike taxi]. "You Name It".... You want hassle free?!... Recommended sightseeing places reasonably easy to reach: - Batavia aka Kota Tua [Old Town]: by Minibus [angkot] No.M25, around 20 mns, will take you direct there, we recommend you enjoy the open space market and have a drink at Cafe Batavia. - Monas [National Monument], Jakarta Cathedral, Ancol, Pasar Baru, Mangga Dua Shopping Mall, Tanah Abang Wholesale Market, Financial District etc, are at least 25 to 30 minutes distance by Taxi and less than 45mns just taking Trans Jakarta [busway] will bring you almost anywhere, please take a note that you might need to make a transit in specific station to reach your destination. Traffic highlight; Jakarta traffic can be horrible thus better to avoid rush hours (6am - 10am and 5pm - 7pm). LAUNDRY At ground floor, there are more than 3 laundry services available with fees as low as USD$3 for 3kg! Some of them even provided express [next day] services. PARKING PAID parking at the premises. The slot are limited, you will have higher chances for the parking if you arrived before 7PM.
