Higher House Farm Static Caravan

East Prawle Farm Holiday's Static Caravan at Higher House Farm. Situated on the edge of East Prawle Village, the caravan was updated in 2024 and is located in a quiet corner of the Higher House Farm's Farmhouse garden and has its own gate into the gravel parking area along with sunny decking outside the van, picnic table and barbeque. Sorry, the caravan is non-smoking and we do not allow pets. Sleeps 6 (1 double and 2 twin bedrooms) The space Sleeps 6 (1 double and 2 twin bedrooms) Shower room Open plan Kitchen, dining area and lounge Private garden with decking, picnic table and gas barbecue (gas provided) Ample parking The lounge is light and airy and has a gas fire, digital TV/DVD Player and comfortable seating. There is also a dining table with seating for six. The Kitchen is well equipped with a full size gas cooker, microwave and fridge (with freezer compartment). All the bedrooms have fitted cupboards and/or wardrobes. Duvets, sheets and pillow underslips are provided but please bring your own duvet covers and pillowcases. Towels are not provided. Other things to note During the main season (July and August) the minimum stay is 7 nights and changeover day is Saturday. Four night breaks can sometimes be arranged, please contact the owner.
