Villa Nikis with sea view and large terrace

Whether it’s breakfast on the terrace, a dip in the sea, or an evening under the stars, your vacation starts right here. Villa Nikis is a vacation home for families or groups of friends up to max. 5 people. 50m above the sea overlooking the upstream islets. In 2 minutes you will be at the beach... The space Sleeping options are 1 single room, 1 double room and a room with a double bed (140 m). Large panoramic terrace in front of the living area, with sea view. Sun terrace with shade for the hot summer days. 2 sun loungers for chilling. Barbecue fireplace in front of the kitchen. Bathrooms were completely modernized in 2014. The road up to the house is quite steep. From the parking lot to the house there are about 30 flat steps. The accommodation is therefore not suitable for severely disabled people. Guest access A parking space is located below the Villa Nikis building. The private road to it is steeply uphill and has three tight curves. Since May 2020, direct access from the house to the managed pool of the neighboring apartment hotel has been open again for our guests. Please observe the rule of consuming a small amount at the bar when using the pool. The municipality of Skiathos now separates garbage (glass, aluminum/metals, paper, and plastic). If possible, please separate and dispose of waste accordingly in the blue garbage cans along the coastal road. Thank you for your active contribution to environmental protection. Other things to note Greece is not a quiet country! Especially from mid-July to mid-August, there is a lot going on on the beautiful island. The coastal road passes about 50 m below Villa Nikis and can be perceived as disturbing by noise-sensitive people. Nevertheless, the property can be described as quiet and very private overall.
