L'Escapade – 3 bedroom house + 1 mezzanine

Very nice house, decorated with care and delicacy, very well equipped, this house of 100 m2 for 10 people (8 adults maximum) will welcome you for a comfortable vacation with family or friends. The house is located in a quiet and residential area, at the foot of the forest and its bike paths, close to tennis, tree climbing, thalassotherapy and golf, and only 600 m from the beach (8-minute walk)! Sleeps up to 10 people but 8 ADULTS MAXIMUM The space Organized on several levels, the house is through and adjoining on both sides. On the mezzanine you will find a large garage with laundry area (washing machine and dryer), and additional fridge-freezer. It is also on this level that the children's room is located, in bright colors, with 4 bunk beds and an adjoining bathroom with toilet. On the ground floor, the living room (television, internet connection, fireplace) with generous volumes overlooks the terrace on the street side, and the garden on the other. The dining area is located on a veranda-type terrace that can be open or closed, as desired. The kitchen is fully equipped: Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc... A bedroom (bed 160 cm), a bathroom and a separate toilet complete this level. On the 1st floor, a mezzanine offers an open space with 2 single beds, possibility to group into 1 bed of 160 cm. There is also a closed bedroom (bed of 160 cm, separable into 2 single beds, of your choice), an adjoining bathroom with toilet, and a clearance under the roofs (to store suitcases, for example). Two terraces with outdoor furniture allow you to always have the choice: sun or shade! Guest access The house is rented in its entirety. You will be able to access all the spaces. Other things to note House capacity up to 10 people, but 8 ADULTS MAXIMUM. Dogs are allowed upon prior request (not all breeds are allowed) and with surcharge. Possibility to accommodate 2 dogs if they are small. The house is completely non-smoking. Parties and events are prohibited, to respect the calm of the neighborhood and the tranquility of the neighbors. Linens are not provided, but we can rent them to you (advance booking required) if you want to travel light! We will ask you to make the house clean and tidy. If you prefer, you can subscribe to the end-of-stay cleaning option.
