Our accommodation is close to restaurants, public transport, family activities and nightlife. You'll love my place for these reasons: the atmosphere, the neighborhood, and the outdoor spaces. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The space The house is located in the historic center of Mosta, a typical Maltese village where traditional houses with colorful balconies and charming alleys converge in the large square with the majestic Rotunda of the Assumption. Third largest dome in Europe. Our property boasts authentic features of typical Maltese architecture with arches and limestone walls that blend harmoniously with the creative, unique and refined style of the owners. Guest access Guests will stay in a private apartment with an equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, and double bedroom. The apartment is located inside our typical Maltese house and has an independent entrance and a door that divides the owners' space from that of the guests. Other things to note Happy to host you in our facility, you will find your apartment carefully managed by the owners Dione and Samina, who will be happy to welcome you. In addition to hosting travelers from different parts of the world, the house is the headquarters of the Fusion Malta cultural artistic movement that deals with creative recycling in all its aspects. The movement's latest project was the salvation and recovery of cement tiles, handcrafted colored tiles that once gave luster to the floors of homes but are now destined for landfills due to new trends. You will admire a display of the collection at the entrance of the house along with other works. The rules to be observed in our facility are not only those sanctioned by law, but above all those dictated by common sense and mutual respect. Fusion Homestay is a family-run property, it is not equipped with a reception service as in hotels but we have a self check-in service if we are not present. ─ Check-in─ Upon arrival, valid IDs required for check-in must be presented and the tourist tax of €0.50 per night per person for a maximum of €5 (excluding minors) must be paid. ─ Check-out:─ Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. to allow cleaning of the rooms for new arrivals. If there is availability, it is possible to request an extension of the stay in the room for the day at a cost of €25 ─ Upon departure, the keys must be returned. In case of loss, the cost is €50 ─ If the guest causes damage to the property, the accessories belonging to the assigned premises or of any other kind, they are required to immediately notify the owner and after the necessary checks, the owner will charge the relevant expenses. We recommend proper and civil use of the toilets, avoiding throwing anything in the toilet (please use the appropriate bins). It is also recommended to turn off the lights and air conditioning whenever you leave the room. Smoking is─ not allowed inside the apartment but only in the outdoor spaces used by smokers. ─ It is strictly forbidden to receive visitors and additional guests other than those staying there. ─ Three-piece bathroom linens will be changed free of charge every four days. Anyone wishing to change the linen early can request it for a fee of €7. ─ The sheets will be changed every 7 days. Anyone wishing to change the sheets early can request it at a cost of €7. ─ The rooms are equipped with a fan and air conditioning.
