The beautiful Paphos Harbour is literally 15 mins walk from the apartment with shops,cafes,bars and tavernas. Lighthouse Beach is 15 mins walk and SODAP Beach is approximately 25 mins walk. It is located on the ground floor of a very small quite 5 apartment complex.We have made sure that the apartment has all the comforts of home from a fully equipped kitchen to beach umbrella. The interior is decorated using contemporary living style with a modern hint. It is fully equipped for a functioning and cozy stay. At the entrance there is a patio surrounded by Jasmine hedges and outdoor furniture. In the back, there is a covered veranda outside of the bedroom. The electricity in the apartment works with a key card that is provided with the door keys at your arrival Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with the essential electrical appliances (toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, electric hob with an oven and a washing machine), spacious storage cabinets with cooking utensils for meal preparations, crockery & cutlery and cleaning supplies. Coffee, tea, sugar and biscuits are available in the cabinets for you. Living room – Dining room Beautifully decorated space with turquoise accents, 2 sofa beds, a bookcase, coffee tables and a Smart TV with access to the Internet and you can also connect to our or your Netflix account . In the same area there is a dining table with 4 chairs with a welcoming basket. You can spent your time playing board games or binge watching series or movies on our Netflix account. Bedroom The bedroom is also decorated with shades of turquoise, with a double bed, 2 night stands on each side of the bed, large clothing cabinets and a full body mirror. We provide you with the linens (bed sheets and towels), blankets and extra pillows. Also, you can find a hair dryer and an iron with an ironing board in the cabinets. Outside the room there is a covered veranda with a sitting area and a drying clothing loft. Patio This Apartment has a very nice patio which is surrounded by plants, flowers and Jasmine hedges which smells divine when in season. It is perfect to enjoy the Cyprus sunshine with your breakfast or chill out in the warm Cypriot evenings. Bathroom In the spacious bathroom there is a big bathtub with water pressure, a sink, a toilet, a mirror. In the storage cabinets you can find toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, shower and hand gel, toothpaste, cotton swabs and cleaning supplies. The apartment is independent with it's own external entrance and solely for the use of the guests. There is a bus stop a few yards from the apartment for those who require it. We also have free parking in our underground garage for our guests and also a lift from the underground garage to the ground floor. We live on the top floor on the same building and we are ready to help when we are asked to. For easy access in case of an emergency the mobile numbers of our phones are written There is a bus stop 2 minutes walking distance from the property 1. For Electricity enter the key card in the socket next to the entrance door. Please remember to turn off all the appliances before you remove the card for safety measures. Also, have in mind that when you remove the card, only the fridge will still work. The loss of the key card and keys will be charged 15 euros. 2. During winter if there is no sun you can turn on the water boiler. 1’ hour before you shower in order for the water to warm up. When the time passes let the water ran for a few minutes and you will have warm water. 3. For drinking water you have to use the small handle on the base of the faucet. 4. Everything provided in the apartment is private property. Any damages that will occur during your stay will be charged according to the damage. Let us know if there is any maintenance issue. 5. Do not throw paper towels, sanitary products, baby wipes or anything else in the toilet. Use the bin provided. 6. Contact us for early check in or late check-out requests if there is no other reservation on the same day we will be happy to help you. We can storage your luggage until the check in time of your reservation. 7. Keep the apartment clean and respect other tenants during your stay. 8. If you recycle, let us know and we can pick up the bags and take them to recycling bins so you do not have to worry about that. 9. In case we are away when you arrive for your check in we will let you know, there is a lock box in the basement near the door and we will leave the keys inside and sent you the code. 10. All rooms are non-smoking; you can smoke freely outside in the garden. 11. The property is not responsible for any loss or personal or valuable belongings. 12.
