Welcome to our private garden studio in the vibrant city of Brighton. You will have your own free, off-road parking space and outdoor terrace area for a chilled glass of wine. We are perfectly located for the South Downs National Park, Brighton's famous beachfront, the Laines' shops and many bars and restaurants. We really look forward to welcoming you and being your hosts for your special stay. The space Welcome to our lovely garden studio. The space is light, cosy, and beautifully finished. Surrounded by trees and away from traffic, its unique positioning makes it the perfect place to unwind and relax. For all your meals, you will have the use of a modern, fully-equipped kitchen including oven, twin hob, microwave and fridge as well as the full range of modern kitchen utensils. Even the sink has beautiful views over the rooftops towards to sea. After you've relaxed on our comfortable sofa, with cosy side lights, you'll sleep well in our queen-sized double bed with deep sprung mattress and fresh, white bed linen. You can watch the moon and clouds pass by from the overhead studio skylight and eye-masks are provided for all guests. With a modern en-suite bathroom, white walls throughout and natural wood effect flooring, we've made every effort to create a calming environment for your special stay in Brighton. There is full wifi & a smart TV for all your viewing requirements. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet, with tiled flooring and a heated towel rail. Quality, deep piled towels will be provided. Please note: The ceiling is low so anyone over 6ft 1" may need to duck a little in the shower. The double bed is deep sprung with cotton sheets, bedside lighting and bedside tables. Inside the chest of drawers, you will find a multi-charger, that will connect to most smart phones and tablets. There is a foldaway workstation/dining table, with chairs, as well as a two seater sofa, and coffee table. Complimentary tea, fresh coffee, sugar and milk will be provided.
