Free WiFi, free parking (1 car), tourist tax included, island climate, 300 m walk to the sea The space Welcome to the SWISS HOUSE Location: Croatia, island of Vir (Croatian Otok Vir), 30 km from the Dalmatian coastal town of Zadar. Interior features: The apartment is on the upper floor and is about 70 square meters. It has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate at least 2 and a maximum of 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is satellite TV, free unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a small bathroom with shower, bed linen and towels are included and freshly washed. Laundry facilities are available upon request. Exterior: A parking space is in front of the house. The large terrace invites you to linger, and a charcoal grill is available. Very good shopping facilities are very close (5 minutes walk). The sea is about 3-5 minutes walking distance. The center of the island of Vir can be reached in a leisurely walk of 10-15 minutes. Special features: There is always someone there who can take care of everything if any questions arise. Contact on site in Croatian or German (my parents on site). English and French are also possible but limited (with me, only in writing since I am not always on site). Wi-Fi and a parking space (for 1 car) are included. Wi-Fi access is now unlimited. The obligatory tourist tax of 13 euros per day per person is included in the price. Relaxing beach holidays during the day and long beach walks in the evening guaranteed... Island Vir and surroundings: Island Vir is connected to the mainland by a 400 m long bridge, which makes it easy to get there by car. Vir has more than 300 sunny days a year. The temperatures in April, May, June, September and October are pleasant, mild and warm (25-30°C), while July and August are warm to hot (30-40°C). Some national parks (islands and mainland) are easily accessible within an hour's drive. Crystal clear water and rich underwater flora and fauna are guaranteed.
