In the Salento countryside, among the olive trees, there is a charming ancient stone villa, renovated and re-proposed as a luxury villa with a waterfall pool. The space The villa is an oasis of peace and nature, just 18 km from Gallipoli and 1 km from the sea, and allows you to switch from calm and total relaxation to the ever-sparkling life of the seaside towns. Guest access The house is on two levels, at the entrance there is a spacious, finely furnished living area with a living room, dining table and an ultra HD TV. Continuing from the hallway there is a bathroom with shower and a kitchenette equipped with a 4-burner stove, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dishes and pots. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and another with an extra-large double bed with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and two double bedrooms, both of which have a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. The entire house is air-conditioned and has free wifi. Villa Emilia can accommodate 7 people in the bedroom and 2 people on an extra bed to be placed in one of the 4 bedrooms, for a total of 9 people in all. The villa is immersed in a plot of 6000 square meters, and offers large outdoor spaces dedicated to relaxation, such as the large gazebo furnished with a table and benches. Near the gazebo there is a barbecue area with a sink and a fireplace with a grill. The highlight of the house is the solarium area because it features a large oval-shaped waterfall pool with a memory-relax beach, unique and characteristic of its kind, enriched by deckchairs, parasols, outdoor bathroom and showers.
