Common areas include 3 living areas and a balcony where breakfast is served. This room has it’s own queen sized bed, desk, hanging cabinet and chair. We provide a complete set of linens and towels. The shared common bathrooms are just down the halls. Common areas: Ground floor common living area that has smart TV with Netflix for movie night, reading nooks with a wide selection of fantasy books (personal collection), living spaces, dining areas, kitchens, balcony, etc. Important things to note: Wifi is a Converge ICT 200mbps (200mbps download, 200mbps upload) fiber internet connection, free breakfast starting 8am everyday [bread, jams, and brewed coffee]. Shared common bathrooms are congested from 7-8am and 10-11am. Other than that, it's a non-issue. Clothes iron, ironing board, and hair dryer is by request only. COVID Rules: MASK ON IN ALL AREAS AROUND THE HOUSE. Max check-out at 12nn. We need time to sanitize the room with disinfectants and UVC lights before next guest checks in. Guest access Street parking is not available at the property. Building adjacent to our street has a special flat rate parking for us. During your stay Our housekeeper Carmen, stays in the property 24/7. For any concerns or need for directions, you may approach her. Except Thursday, Carmen is off-duty so it will be Andrea or Maricar who will assist you then. To contact us, just message us on Airbnb. Please expect some noise during the day. Strict House Rules: General rules: WEAR masks at all times inside the house. NO visitors allowed inside the premises. Only guests registered for the room NO pets allowed. Room rules: NO loud phone calls. NO loud music. REMOVE slippers and shoes inside 2nd floor rooms. Balcony and common area rules: NO drinking of alcohol allowed. NO unauthorized photoshoots or parties allowed. NO socializing at balcony after 10pm. Smoking ONLY at designated smoking table. Please note that we are very strict with these rules and that we have kicked out unruly guests that have disturbed or held parties before.
