Apartment Ski #1 - La Plagne (5 people)

2 room apartment for 5 people (36m²) in the Residence Bellecôte, integrated into the shopping center of La Plagne-Bellecôte resort. Close to the slopes and gondola! We used to go through a rental agency to rent the two apartments we have co-own there, and this is now the first time we use Airbnb (cheaper for tenants). The photos and most descriptions come from the rental site. The space The ACCOMMODATION 2 room apartment for 5 people of about 36m² including a living room, a separate equipped kitchen, 3 sofa beds, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and toilets are separated from the bathroom, a balcony. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen (electric hobs, fridge, microwave with grill option, dishwasher and electric coffee maker). The equipment also includes a TV and a vacuum cleaner. Toaster and mini oven can be borrowed from the reception, depending on availability. LA RESIDENCE La Résidence Bellecôte is integrated into the shopping center of the resort of La Plagne-Bellecôte, where shops, restaurants and ski rental shops come together. Ideal for a family ski stay, it is at the foot of the slopes, close to the Glacier Gondola and close to the Bellecôte heated open pool (open access for residents). The residence includes 406 apartments on 9 floors with elevators. Guest access WEEKS One week is equivalent to a Sunday to Sunday period. We cannot accept reservations overlapping for two weeks (ex: Friday to Wednesday). CHECK-IN You can pick up the keys at the reception: - 8am-12pm and 4pm-8pm for weekday arrivals (Monday-Friday) - 5pm midnight for Sunday arrivals CHECK-OUTCHECK-OUT is done: - Monday-Friday: Before 8 p.m. - Saturday: before midnight - Sunday: before 10 a.m. Please remember to empty the garbage and clean the kitchen area before leaving. 2 APARTMENTS AVAILABLE IN RESIDENCE We also have a similar second apartment in the residence. Other things to note SKI HIRE In case you would like to book your ski equipment in advance, the nearest ski hire shops are: Skiset, ElPro, Skimium and GoSport (on the ground floor, in the gallery). ADDITIONAL INFO - Linens: 5 sets of sheets available to you. - Bath towels: non-included (but available for an extra charge of 7€ per person at the reception). - Ski lockers: Available in the Residence. - Baby kit: Available at reception. €16/kit / stay (cot +fitted sheet + baby chair) - Pets allowed: €11/pet/day to be paid on-site.
