Mushroom Meadow Camping (PITCH 1)

A remote, secluded and VERY quiet "wild" campsite with only 8 large grass pitches in total. Bring your own tent! And make sure you and the family are prepared for an off grid camping experience... Perfect for those who are used to camping and who want a quiet break surrounded by wildflowers, woodland and nothing else. Composting toilets, hot showers, fire pits, seating areas & free fire wood you can collect with the wheelbarrow from the wood pile. Simply wild camping at it's best. The space This is a wild camp site. You need your own tent and camping equipment, we do not provide this. Be prepared for when it rains - you need wellies or waterproof walking boots. It's very dark at night. Bring a torch. It is made of only grass and woodland, with natural borders surrounding each pitch. The woodland and the remoteness can be scary for some. Please only book if you're prepared to camp in this type of setting ! Sometimes you may be the only pitch that is occupied. Please be prepared for how you may feel in a wild setting on your own!! Don't come if you don't like the dark or you are scared by being in the wild outdoors.
