A modern, bright space designed for you to make the most of your holiday. Guest access The complex has 4 swimming pools and a children's pool. It is located on the beach front, has security, private parking, supermarket, restaurants, beach bar and wifi in common areas and is part of one of the quietest complexes in the area with all the facilities they need to spend a nice family vacation. At the reception of the complex you can find all the tourist information of the area as well as organize excursions, hiking trails, boat trips, transfers to the airport or train station. The complex has a bus stop with pick up and stop at the resort every 30 minutes to Marbella and Estepona making stops in Puerto Banus. The beach of the complex is a wide beach, quiet and with shallow areas of sand .... you have to keep in mind that other areas of the same beach can find some stones. Just in front of the main pool you will find sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, which can be rented from the resort bar. The complex has a hairdresser and aesthetics, a restaurant called Bistro Enrique, Aztec Restaurant located next to the main pool, Barraca Restaurant located by the sea and a snack bar called 90 Miles. The complex also has a supermarket where you will find daily bread, seasonal fruits, souvenirs and national and international newspapers. Canceled town is located right in front of the Villacana complex, it is a small typical Andalusian village with squares, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, shops and supermarkets such as LIDL, Mercadona or Aldi. Other things to note We want you to fully enjoy your stay while contributing to caring for our planet. Therefore, we ask that you keep the following guidelines in mind for a sustainable and environmentally friendly experience: 1) Respect for the environment: Even on vacation, it's important to be responsible with resources. Use water and electricity consciously. Recycling bins are located near reception, accessible via a button on the wall. Remember to turn off the lights and air conditioning when you leave, and properly separate your waste to help create a more sustainable environment. 2) The base price decreases depending on the season. 3) The booking includes: electricity, up to 150 kWh (if more than 150 kWh is consumed during your stay, the difference must be paid upon departure); water; bed linen; and towels. 3.1) The booking includes cleaning and laundry upon departure, but does not include weekly cleaning or laundry. These services can be requested at an additional cost. 4) The minimum stay is 7 nights during peak season. 5) The maximum occupancy is 4-5 people. 6) For all stays, both weekly and monthly, a €400 security deposit is required upon arrival. This can be paid by credit card for weekly bookings and in cash for monthly bookings. This deposit will be refunded upon departure if the apartment has not been damaged. 7) The apartment does NOT provide oil, salt, or pepper. 8) We offer travel cots and high chairs (for babies) for rent. If you need them, please ask us for more information. 9) Bathroom rules: Please do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper, as this could cause a blockage. If a blockage occurs due to the use of other objects, you will be responsible for the cost of repairs. Additionally, please do not use cleaning products containing acidic ingredients in the sinks, as they are made of natural stone and could be damaged. In case of damage, the responsible guest will be charged. 10) Possible external noise: We cannot be held responsible for noise originating from the residential complex or nearby areas, therefore refunds are not offered for this reason. We appreciate your understanding and will do everything we can to ensure you enjoy a peaceful stay. 11) Check-out: Before leaving, please dispose of the rubbish in the appropriate bins and wash the dishes and the barbecue if you have used it. This helps keep the apartment ready for the next guests. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will apply. 12) Toiletries: We provide an initial kit of toilet paper and towels, but these will not be replenished for the entire stay. 13) Keys and remotes: Losing a key may incur the cost of changing the lock. If the keys are lost, a replacement fee will be charged. 14) Mandatory registration: Upon arrival, all guests must complete the tourist registration form provided by the host. According to current Spanish regulations, this procedure is mandatory for the Tourist Accommodation Book. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring a safe and law-compliant stay. 16-) IMPORTANT NOTE: MONTHLY stays DO NOT INCLUDE ELECTRICITY, so you will need to pay for your total electricity consumption during your stay, in addition to the monthly apartment price.
