Grüetzi, Buongiorno et Bonjour! We rent our stylish 3-room apartment with the most beautiful panoramic and lake view, which offers an oasis of well-being for young and old. The covered balcony as well as the pergola in the garden can be enjoyed and invites you to spend cozy hours in summer as well as in winter. The living room is bright and large and has a cheminee and a reading nook. Otherwise, the apartment has two private bathrooms, a kitchen with dishwasher and parking space. The space The place is homey and has everything you need: -Kitchen: Nespresso for coffee and kettle for tea lovers, dishwasher - Living room: dining table, large sofa, bench next to Cheminee - Bedrooms: 2, with a large double bed (180/200) and a second room with bunk bed (90/200) - for families: on request cot and child seat - and for the Bünzlis: Caquelon for fondue and hiking friendly neighbors Important note: The property can only be reached via a few stairs (about 20 steps) and there is no Wi-Fi. However, we are happy to provide various games, books or Ticino guidebooks available :-) Other things to note The Canton of Ticino requires a tourist tax of CHF 2.00 per night, which must be collected for each guest from the age of 14. This tax must be paid by the guest. The amount can be taken in cash and left in a small box.
