We are the direct owners of Villa Sicilia, which is the union of two villas: Villa il Cavaliere and the Villa la Pettegola annex, a few meters away and separated from the main villa, so you have a total of 4 double bedrooms and a single bedroom. The space Villa Cavaliere It mainly has three bedrooms, two bathrooms plus an outdoor shower and sink accessible from the sleeping area and laundry room, kitchen, a large and spacious living room, and the large patio that divides the kitchen from a bright and panoramic window. On request, single or double beds can be arranged, compatible with the spaces available. Olive trees, almond trees, and English lawns mitigate the temperature in the hottest hours of the summer, in addition to the refreshment of its private swimming pool (4x10) for the exclusive use of the guests of the villa. ​Villa Pettegola It has a double bedroom and a single bedroom, a kitchen in the dining room, a bathroom and a laundry room. The villa is located on the edge of the Gioi hill overlooking the entire valley, the view extends over the entire maritime coast that extends openly and incredibly from Lido di Noto to the island of Capo Passero (the lighthouse highlights its extension). Of the 6,000 square meters of the entire property, we have dedicated 1500 to the garden and private pool: here you will find hedges of rosemary, lavender, sage and other native plants that draw natural paths and accompany you to the pool, with shady corners present almost everywhere. Guest access The land on which Villa il Cavaliere and Villa Pettegola stands has an area of 6000 square meters. The villa is located on a slope of the hill of Gioi, in the center of the valley, in a point where the view sweeps over the entire maritime coast that extends openly and incredibly from Lido di Noto to the island of Capo Passero (the lighthouse highlights its extension). Of the 6,000 square meters of the entire property, we have dedicated 1500 to the garden and private pool: here you will find hedges of rosemary, lavender, sage and other native plants that draw natural paths and accompany you to the pool, with shady corners present almost everywhere. Each room of the villa, including the individual bedrooms, has windows and access to the outside with patios, allowing further privacy among the guests themselves. The floors are made of cement. The villa is very bright overall, and has living spaces with shaded areas on both the back and front sides. Being on the hill not far from the sea, you have the perception of dominating the entire valley with a unique sea view. The location is unique, just 2 km from the center of Noto. The nearest supermarket is only 400 meters away. The area is peaceful, quiet and natural. Water in Sicily, as in the rest of the world, is a precious commodity, and we must make good use of it by trying, absolutely, not to waste it. The water is generally rich in limestone, micro deposits that you might see in the dishes, we provide you with the liquid dishwasher detergent to limit the deposit. At check-in, we will provide products for the first few days such as: mineral water, toilet paper, and single-dose soap in the bathroom. Towels and hand towels are provided by us, excluding beach towels.
