Fireplace in service possible in winter. Washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and fridge. Two folding dining tables, which can be used for coffee and aperitif on the street. Upstairs: children's area: 2 single beds 90, pull-out, babybjorn child travel bed (60 x 120). a dresser and a wardrobe. Bathroom with bathtub/shower, allowing a bath for children, towel dryer. On site beach and board games. Bike rental in the village of Arzon. Other things to note Sheets and duvet covers are provided for stays longer than 6 nights. For less than 6 nights, you will be charged 20 euros or you can bring your own sheets (one 140, two 90), duvet covers (one 220 x 240, two 120 x 200). Mattress covers are provided. Bath towels are provided free of charge (one per person, two after one week, washer and dryer on site). Cleaning must be done when leaving the premises, or 30 euros will be charged.
