A barn in the heart of Gers, close to Auch

The property is composed of three separate and distinct buildings: a Gascon farmhouse type house (ours), a renovated barn (yours) and a barn. The land is 1.5 hectares and offers great diversity: a large orchard, a pond, groves and undergrowth, a grassy central square, meadows... The pool offers an area 2.8 m deep, access will be shared between you and us. A large covered terrace extends the cottage. The space We are 10 minutes from Auch and 45 minutes from Toulouse, in the middle of the fields and woods of Gers. Guest access The cottage is a completely self-contained and independent barn, you will be right at home. You will be the only tenants in the cottage. Other things to note During the winter months, if heating is necessary, we will take a meter reading and bill for the additional electricity consumed. This invoice will be paid on site at the end of the stay.
