A brand new green apartment is located between the river and the beach. The building has a really special design like terraced fields in the North of Vietnam. From the apartment, you can walk to the beach and the city center. On the rooftop, the apartment has a Jacuzzi pool where you can relax and enjoy the view from the rooftop. The space The Studio apartment does not have a balcony, but in return it has 2 extremely airy windows and a very chill hallway P/s: Please note that if you are staying for a long term (28 days or more), electricity is not included in the room rate. This means that the electricity bill will be paid separately when you check out. The apartment is located just below the jacuzzi area, so you might hear a little soft noise from the filtration system and bubbling water from time to time. However, the jacuzzi’s operating hours are flexible—typically 2 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the afternoon—and can be adjusted to better suit your work schedule. Daily filtration is necessary to keep the water clean and hygienic, but we always try to keep any noise to a minimum for your comfort.
