The cottage offers luxury accommodation for two people. The bedroom has a King size double bed. There is a large en-suite shower room and an open plan living and kitchen area with French doors opening on to the sunny and peaceful courtyard garden. Parking is right beside the cottage The cottage is furnished and decorated throughout to a very high standard and has a gas fired central heating/hot water system. There is also a washer/dryer and a microwave & dishwasher. The space Brandy’s Cottage is one of four cottages we own on our property. We are in such a peaceful location with stunning night skies, yet only one mile from Rye. All our properties are for two people only. They are very spacious, extremely comfortable and all have their own private dog secure gardens We are within walking distance of Rye and less than ten minutes drive to Camber and Winchelsea Beach. Great Dixter garden is also only 10 minutes away and the gardens of Sissinghurst and Pashley Manor less than half an hour away. Guest access There is a key box and you will be totally free to come and go as you wish. The cottage has its own private fully fenced garden. Other things to note We accept one small well behaved dog. The cottage is not suitable for large dogs. We are sorry but we do not generally accept children under twelve. Please enquire before booking.
