A cosy and characterful 2 bedroom mid terraced cottage in a remote location in the Duddon Valley. The cottage is the perfect place to ‘get away from it all’ and enjoy the surrounding nature. There are beautiful walks from the door including high fells and the ancient woodlands the Duddon Valley is so well known for. Stunning views in every direction and a one mile walk to the the pub. The space The cottage is old and full of character. It retains mainly original features including beams, low doorways and flagged floors. It is cosy, comfortable and warm. There are internal steps, uneven flags in the kitchen and a relatively steep and narrow staircase. The bathroom is upstairs. There is a well equipped kitchen, plenty of storage and a log burner in the sitting room (starter pack of wood and coal is included). Heating is by electric radiators and the bathroom has a heated towel rail. Outside is a small enclosed garden and the garage has a washing machine and a table tennis table and dart board. There is a landline telephone, note there is no Wifi or internet access at the property.
