A beautiful Victorian terrace house with sunny garden and original features in the heart of the quiet, friendly community of Fiveways in Brighton. Two minutes walk from gourmet neighbourhood shops and cafes. 20 min walk or short bus ride to central Brighton and beach with boutique shopping in the Lanes - and 10 mins drive or short cycle ride to beautiful countryside of the South Downs National Park. There is a super friendly little black and white cat - Storm, who lives in the house. The space The house has two spacious double rooms including a beautiful light filled loft room with ensuite bathroom and walk in shower. The third bedroom has a single bed and sofa bed. There is a large eat in kitchen overlooking the garden, a garden table on the patio for eating outdoors. Our friendly cat Storm lives in the house and comes and goes through the cat flap. There is also a downstairs toilet. The sunny walled garden has a patio area with seating, a lawn with swing ball, a football goal and corner sofa area. The living room has a corner sofa, comfy armchair and smart TV with Netflix.
