Our light filled apartment is on a high level with 270 degrees of far reaching views to the east across Hyde Park, to the south across the historic QVB building and to the west across Darling Harbour. The apartment offers a high level of layered security for your equipment and valuables. The ground level entry has hotel staff during the day evening, late night key-only access security, and lift security cameras. Level 9 has gated access to residents/guests only, a concierge 6 days a week, and security cameras. The residential levels have lift pass security and security cameras at all lifts and common hallways. It's very safe, you don't have to worry about locking the windows! The Sydney flagship stores for Apple, Samsung and Microsoft plus Sydney's two largest department stores (Myer & David Jones) are all within one block of the condo/apartment entrance. Other things to note 1. Guest Occupancy & Visitor Policy Maximum Overnight Occupancy: In accordance with strata by-laws, this 1-bedroom apartment is strictly limited to 2 people maximum at any time. This includes all overnight guests. Visitors: You are welcome to have daytime visitors, provided they do not stay overnight and do not exceed reasonable numbers. All visitors must be respectful of building rules and quiet hours. Monitoring: The building has a front desk concierge who monitors all guest and visitor activity. Any breach of the occupancy limit or unauthorised overnight stays will be reported. Enforcement: Violations of this policy will result in the immediate termination of your stay without refund. This is a strict requirement under building regulations and is non-negotiable. Booking Agreement: By booking, you confirm that you understand and agree to comply with these rules. 2. Noise Disclaimer – Staying in the Heart of Sydney Our home is located in the exact city centre of Sydney—an area known for its vibrant energy, world-class shopping, dining, and proximity to major attractions. While this location offers unmatched convenience, it also comes with the reality of ongoing urban development. Construction Noise in the City Centre: The City of Sydney is constantly evolving, and construction is a regular part of life in the city centre. Local council regulations require developers and site managers to follow strict noise control laws: Permitted construction hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Saturday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM No construction is allowed on Sundays or public holidays. You may hear construction activity starting in the morning, especially on weekdays. Fortunately, most sites begin winding down by mid-afternoon. Occasional Overnight Road Works: The NSW State Government may occasionally conduct essential overnight road works, particularly for major infrastructure or transport upgrades. These are rare but can occur when daytime work is not feasible. We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
