Here is an all blue 50 m² apartment, just to relax. The terrace and the sleeping room are directly connected, ideal for selfish parents ;-) Located in the back side of the house, this apartment is the quietest part of the house. But, don't worry, from the terrace, you can still enjoy the blue color of the sea. The separate kitchen is often appreciated. Only 100 m from the beach i.e. just steps from the kids-and-their beach to the quiet of the flat!.. The space This accomodation is a part of a villa divided in 5 appartments. The villa faces the sunset on the other side. Built on a 1800 m² parcel located on a small cape, the villa gives a different sense of space that this one in the village and its houses nestling one against the others. The apartment described here (50 m²) is on the 1st floor. It has a bedroom for 2 people, a living-dining room with 1 double sofa bed. Also a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with fridge (freezer), microwave oven, coffee maker, the apartment also has a spacious terrace of 10 sqm. The owner, her son or her daughter or at least the caretaker will be present. The village of Privlaka is located 3 km from Vir, 3 km from Nin, Zaton 5 km and 17 km from Zadar. From Zadar, several excursions are organized daily to the natural parks of Kornati (islands) and the Plitvice (Lakes). In the village: small supermarkets, bakeries, a butcher, a pharmacy and a medical office are also available. Several restaurants and pizzerias ( close to the main beach) The beaches are only frequented by people from the neighborhood (about twenty houses). The sea is shallow for several dozen meters, which is reassuring for children. The sea water is crystal clear. Guest access A pergola with barbecue is available in the garden, as well as crockery, cutlery and sink so that you don't have to carry the dishes from the apartment to the pergola and vice-versa. A swing in the garden. A trip on our Galeb boat can be booked. Other things to note The beaches are only frequented by people from the neighborhood (about twenty houses). The sea is shallow for several dozen meters, which is reassuring for children. The sea water is crystal clear. A public promenade has been built along the beach all around the cape: so you can walk or cycle to the village for an ice cream or a pizza.
