Access to the kitchen and the large quiet outdoor terrace. RER A and Tram 13 are a 4-min walk away. 30 min to the heart of Paris (Châtelet) or 20 min to La Défense. Forest and castle park 5 minutes away. Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. (Not suitable for "lovers" :-) ) The space Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, fridge and terrace as well. Note that I do not provide drinks or food but make yourself at home if you want to cook simple dishes or prepare your breakfast :-) Non-smoking apartment but the outdoor terrace is available for smokers, with an ashtray. Guest access I will welcome you the first night and give you the access codes to the building to be autonomous as well as for the door of the apartment During your stay We appreciate the interactions with everyone who visits.
