Everything is just like at home. Check-in and check-out times need to be arranged with the owner; whenever I can, I try to accommodate guests, so please feel free to ask me. On Saturdays, check-out is around 9:00/9:30 a.m. and check-in is around 12:00/1:00 p.m. On weekends, check-in is around 5:00/6:00 p.m. and check-out is on Sunday morning or 1:30 p.m. or 6:00/7:00 p.m. or later. Sheets, towels and cleaning products are not provided. Water is included in the rates. The space For rent near the forest, quiet with mountain views, I have several rentals for 2 to 6 people of 56 m² with granite shower. Everything for baby, bed, highchair, bathtub, stroller, potty, yoopala at no extra cost. The rentals have: fryer, raclette, fondue, crepe maker, blender, toaster, freezer, refrigerator, 63 cm flat screen TV, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, oven, barbecue, terrace... games and coloring book with pencil for young and old. You all feel at home! Guest access You can use the entire rental! Other things to note For weekends and other times, I rent for a minimum of 2 days, from Friday to Sunday or other times! A security deposit of €300 will be requested upon arrival, along with a cleaning deposit of €100. These amounts will be returned to you, SUBJECT TO PAYMENT FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED, ITEMS MISSING, OR REPAIRS TO BE MADE. THE €100 CLEANING DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU IF THE RENTAL UNIT IS LEFT CLEAN. Electricity is in addition to the rental price, the meter will be read at the start and at the end of the rental!
