Our private access master bedroom offers modern appliances, a large double ensuite bathroom with a bath, and French doors opening into your own private courtyard for day or night dining or relaxation. Conveniently located a very short walk from Flaxton Gardens. With your own separate access, you can make your stay as private as you like. We like to meet and greet our guests upon check in if available, but self-check in options are available too if needed. The space Our space offers you all you need for your short stay, giving you the option to rest up in your room, or eat out at our local cafes and restaurants. The room provides a kettle, toaster, pod coffee machine, plates/utensils for two people, as well as wine glasses. There is a small mini-bar fridge big enough for some basic essentials, as well as a microwave should you wish to purchase take away dinner or a ready to heat meal in your room for a cosy night in. If coming from the North, we suggest the Mapleton IGA which is well stocked. From the South you'll pass through Montville who has a small IGA - all of your basics available. The Barn Cafe sells read to heat 'home made' delicious meals. We provide a complimentary small selection of teas, instant coffee and coffee pods, fresh cows milk in the fridge. If you would like the host to provide breakfast, please enquire separately once booked and additional items can be placed in the room for an additional $20. This includes choice of two cereals, a sourdough bread, yoghurt and fruit bowl. Must be pre-booked in advance. Additional pillows are available in the room to meet your preference. The room has a 32" smart TV with Netflix offering a wide selection of movies and series for your enjoyment. Guest access Our home is situated in a quiet, safe, and friendly neighbourhood. The room is situated at the end of a family home with private separate access, via the small enclosed courtyard. The adjoining door to the rest of the house is locked. Parking is on the street, or in the carport (a discretion of host tba for your stay) in a safe neighbourhood. Upon booking and closer to your arrival day, we'll let you know whether we can do a quick host meet & greet, or if you require self check in details. During your stay We offer a meet and greet and allow you the space to enjoy the local area. If we are around we are happy to answer any questions you may have. Other things to note Our resident pets, Stella and Archie (toy poodles) and our chickens, are generally well behaved.
