The apartment sleeps 4 people (one double bed on the mezzanine level and sofa which converts to double bed in the living room). Clean linen, towels and basic toiletries provided. The kitchen is equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, utensils, dishwasher and washing machine. There is free parking in front of the Villa within the residential complex. The villa is situated on the hills around Florence surrounded by olive trees and vineyards and only 7 km from Florence city centre. It is a five minute drive to the Tramvia T1 (stop Nenni-Torregalli), which will take you in to the heart of Florence city centre in 15 minutes. We suggest you park for free in the COOP car park (opening times apply) or in Stradone dell’ospedale. Alternatively 5 minutes drive and free parking in Piazza del mercato getting on the Tramvia T1 at Resistenza. White lines are free parking, blue you pay to park. Convenient for the train station Santa Maria Novella and the bus station. The Tramvia runs every 4/5 minutes. Ideal location for who wishes to explore Tuscany.
