The Cottage - 'Coomber' Rylstone

For those looking for a small family, couples or solo getaway, The Cottage at 'Coomber' is just for you. Located on a working sheep and cattle property 5kms from Rylstone. The Cottage is the smallest of three homesteads on the farm. The Cottage is perfect for those looking for a quiet getaway outside of the city. It boasts views of the property and is comfortable and cosy, with a fire to warm your hands during the cold winter months and a kitchen to cook up a storm. The space The cottage has 2 separate bedrooms with a sitting room and separate kitchen / dining area. A fully equipped kitchen makes eating-in fun. There is a BBQ, oven , microwave with pantry essentials including tea, coffee, oil, sauces , cereals , sugar, butter , milk , farm fresh eggs and freshly baked bakers bread. The cottage is located near farm sheds, you will see farm life operating from the windows of your cottage. The kitchen area has a fire box and reverse cycle a/c, all beds have electric blankets and an additional heater is provided. We have telstra and optus phone coverage only. No wifi but we can provide a dongle if required. Guest access Guests are welcome to walk in our laneways ( map provided). We ask guests not to enter farm sheds as they may pose a safety risk. Dams on our property are not for swimming. Other things to note Our accommodation is self catered however. Electric bikes are not permitted on the property. If you need to charge your electric vehicle during your stay, please contact the host before your arrival. We provide firewood, paper and firelighters during winter months only.
