Two steps from the sea,situated in a fantastic location,my house offers a unique holiday experience,with the melody of the waves accompanying you at night.With all the services to be within walking distance for all budgets and tastes.Corfu town is only half an hour by car and the access to the island is very easy.The house is comfortable,fully airconditioned,with excellent wifi,full equipped(You can find everything you could ask for and more)I'll be at your disposal to offer you dreamy holidays. The space Wonderful sea side house built in maisonette style and renovated at 2017, can accommodate up to 6 guests .Four guests can sleep in the bedrooms at the second floor and two in the living room on large comfortable sofa beds at the first floor. The space is designed for you to relax and is equipped for practical living. The house have sun water heater for 24 hours hot water. There are two entrances.The main entrance, and the entrance with direct access to the beach. First floor -An open space kitchen fully equipped (big refrigerator,heaters oven,dishwaser,toaster, filter coffee maker,espresso machine, mixer,microwave oven,householditems e.t.c.) so you can prepare any breakfast and meal.A small balcony with a clothing dressers and swabs is next to the kitchen. -A living room with a smart tv player with NETFLiX account and x-box, books, board games for relaxing time and a fire place for the winter. Two comfortable sofas that can serve as beds. The livingroom opens up to a large balcony looking to the sea where the guests will find a sofa with a small coffee table, dining table, chairs and two loungers which are ideal for rest and sunbathing. -wc Second floor -One bedroom with 2 single beds or a double bed , air condition, big wordrob and a small window looking to the neighborhood.In the bedroom you can find iron and ironing board. -One comfortable and romantic atmospere bedroon with double bed covered by a beautiful moscquito curtain,air condition,big wordrob and a small balcony with sea view. -A big batm with hydromassage shower column and a hair dryer.The washing machine can also be found there. Guest access The courtyard has an entrance leading to the beach.In the yard there are sofas for sun treatment or you can enjoy your breakfast or your meal watching the sea. There are also a beach chairs and an umbrella that can be used on the beach from the guest. Other things to note Guests can access the property either by bus,taxi or car . I can arrange your transportation.I can also help you with the bus time table. Please inform me about your arrival time at the house so i can be there to welcome you. The house does not have private parking but there is a lot of free space around the house you can park your car safety. Visit us by winter for sunny days with pleasent temperatures.
