105 m^2 of beautiful, spacious, very quiet home, with a private garden, feels like a villa in the city! Large living room and dining area, large and fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, lots of closets. Renovated in March 2018. We have a shelter at the basement, which is shared by the the 3 apartments in the building (including us). To get there you have to go out of the apartment, and go down about 18 steps. We do not have a mamad in the apartments. The space This is our home as well (we share our time between Tel-Aviv and the US) - hope you will enjoy the place as much as we do! Each of the bedrooms has a work space, with a desk and shelves and power. We love to cook and we love to dine at home with family and friends - the kitchen is fully equipped and there are plenty of plates, glasses, soda stream and a Nesspresso machine- everything for nice home dining. The sofa in the living room can also be used as two single beds (they can also be joined together). Guest access This is your home when you stay here! Please enjoy it all. We just ask that you keep quiet in the garden after 11pm, in consideration with our neighbors who are also our friends - their bedrooms are facing the backyard. Thank you. Other things to note We are on the ground floor of a building with 3 apartments, one in each floor. Very quiet and private. Parking can be tricky at night, during the day it's usually easy to find a spot. Tip: if you plan to rent a car, consider the alternative of car2go, that's what we use.
