Guest access Entire place Other things to note Important Note: The bill for water and electricity will be separate for tenants who will stay for more than 30 days, we will ask you to issue a security deposit of Php 3,000.00 in which to be paid upon check-in. We will take a photo of the water and electric meter before and after your stay, we will also deduct any damage from the property. Whatever excess from the security cash will be returned to you. We will clean after your stay. If you want to request to clean the place in the middle of your stay, we can recommend a person for a fee.
