Very well positioned in Mill Park, close to hospitals, top schools and shopping centres as well as the Rugby stadium and Newton Park swimming pool, we have 3 bedrooms en-suite with private entrances and set in a lovely colourful garden courtyard. We are positioned in a quiet area, 2 minutes walk to Grey school and very close to St Georges and Greenacres hospitals. Ideal for a family of 4 - 6 or group of friends. We are very close to lovely restaurants and have easy access to the main highways. The space The room has a single bed with ensuite bathroom with shower that has grab rails to assist frail people. An overhead fan, small bar fridge and tea and coffee making facilities as well as an airfryer and toaster are included as well as a smart tv with Netflix. The room opens onto a communal courtyard area. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the communal courtyard area to braai or just sit in the garden and relax Other things to note We have a tandem garage so if guests are unhappy about leaving their vehicles on the verge overnight we can make a plan for off street parking , as long as you are happy to meet other guests needs as well. We have never had an issue before with any incidents or break ins to vehicles but I guess there's always a first time. We do have dedicated security that drive past every 30 mins to check on security issues in the neighborhood so generally a very safe area.
