Car and bus: - St Malo (station) - Dinard- St Briac line 516 (€3 to be paid to the driver when getting on the bus) - Dinard- Dinan-Rennes (station) - line 507 (€7.50 to be paid to the driver when boarding the bus) (In Dinard, get on/off at the "Église Notre-Dame d'Émeraude" stop, 50 m from Villa Rocamar). Promenade du Clair de Lune (GR34) and Prieuré beach just down from the Villa. Shops within walking distance. Free street parking all year round, even in summer. Off season: easy places at the bottom of the villa. In season, it is better to arrive early in the morning or late in the evening to have a spot. In the worst case, there will be some three hundred meters away. Sea bus (in season) to Saint-Malo (and other boat trips) within walking distance of 500 m. TV, Wi-Fi, radio, Senseo coffee maker (for flat disc pods) and permanent filter coffee maker (for ground coffee). Equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishes...) toilet and bathroom. Tourist documentation, beautiful books about Dinard and Saint-Malo. It's an attic, so obviously there's little space above the sink: you can see that. The spiral staircase (from the 2nd to the 3rd floor) is narrow (this is also visible): be careful if you are obese, elderly, physically disabled, mentally impaired... It is worth climbing: this height offers a fabulous 180° panorama, an unobstructed sea view, an exceptional view of the bay of Saint-Malo. For one or two nights, avoid bringing a huge unnecessary suitcase: plan a light and space-saving "night bag". Early check-in and late check-out possible on request: €10/additional hour. Locked cellar for bicycles. Restore (tidy, clean...) before leaving (departure before 10 a.m.). Household products and rags available. No smoking even at the window, even in the stairwell. Other things to note Slippers are available. For baby: crib, duvet, high chair. Consumable products are only a convenience for your arrival. It's up to you to buy what you need (toilet paper, tea, coffee...) at the supermarket 700 m away, open 7 days a week all year round. Out of season, there is always room to park in the immediate vicinity of the Villa, on the boulevard. It's free everywhere in the neighborhood year-round.
