The space This home is located in a quiet residential area, and can accommodate up to 7 guests. It is in the perfect location for exploring Tokyo, as it is near Ikebukuro station on the JR Yamanote line. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a bathroom,a living room, kitchen, and small balcony areas. Possible to leave your bags in the house but depend on next guest schedule. we need to prepare the room for the next guest. If the card key or pocket wifi is broken or misplaced, you will be charged the following: Key card 5,000 JPY. Pocket-wifi 25,000 JPY In house wifi is no limited, so please try to use in house wifi when you are in the house. Regarding the Pocket-wifi: - There is no monthly data cap, but the internet service provider sets a limit so that if more than 10GB is used within 3 days, the wi-fi will slow down. The normal speed will resume from the next set of 3 days. - For TV conference, watching movies or listening music through internet, please bring your own SIM card. - We guarantee the pocket-wifi is functional, but we cannot guarantee the speed of it as we cannot guarantee the guest before you has not overused the wi-fi. Therefore, we ask all of our guests to be courteous and be careful not to use more than 10GB per 3 days. Smoking is absolutely prohibited, and we will request a Yen30,000 fine if this rule is broken. The bedding that will be prepared will depend on the number of people in your group. If you use extra bedding besides what is prepared, you will be charged for the extra beddings used.
