We appreciate your understanding in keeping the space in optimal condition. 🚫 Do not hang clothes from the windows. 🔑 Do not leave the keys in the interior lock. If left inside, a locksmith will be required, and the tenant will bear the full cost. 🔑 If the keys are left inside the apartment, a €30 cash fee will be charged for bringing a spare set. 🚪 Always lock the door when leaving the apartment. 🎉 Parties are not allowed. 🔇 Quiet hours start at 11:00 PM. Please lower the volume of devices and conversations. 👥 Only registered guests from the reservation may stay overnight. 📦 Do not move the furniture. 🔥 Do not tamper with the water heater under any circumstances. It is regulated by a programmed digital thermostat. If you notice any issues, please contact us. 🗑️ Do not leave any trash or waste in the apartment on the day of departure. ℹ️ GUIDELINES 🔑 KEYS: • You will receive two keys, one for the building entrance and one for the apartment. • To exit the building, press the buzzer located on the left side of the door. 🍽️ KITCHEN: • The kitchen cabinets contain various utensils, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and cleaning supplies. • 💧 Hot water is provided by an automatic water heater. • 🗑️ Next to the building entrance, there are three waste bins: • 🟤 Brown: organic waste. • 🟡 Yellow: plastic and cans. • 🟠 Orange: general waste. • 🏡 Outside the building, to the left, you will find containers for paper and glass recycling. 🛏️ BEDROOM: • The wardrobe contains a portable drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board. 🚿 BATHROOM: • Towels and courtesy toiletries are provided—feel free to use what you need. • 💧 Hot water is provided by an automatic water heater. 🛋️ FLOORS: • 🪵 The floors are bamboo, so please be careful with heavy objects. • 🧼 If any liquid is spilled on the bedroom carpet, DO NOT try to clean it.
