The Bluebird Base is a cosy mountain house. It offers space for 10 people and it is located at 1200m in the Zillervalley. The rooms have been furnished with great love for detail. The house offers a well equipped common kitchen. Located high on the mountain, 12 min by car on a mountain road to the center of Zell am Ziller and 7 min with the free shuttle bus to the slopes of Zillertalarena. The space The Bluebird Base is furnished with love for detail. There are 3 double rooms and 1 quadruple room. Each room has its own sink and the upstairs double rooms have classic Tyrollean balconies. There is also a large sunny terrace to be enjoyed by all. Lars is taking care of the house and is in charge of the daily cleaning and the breakfast service if booked additionally. !! additional breakfast with good coffee or tea or hot chocolate is bookable for extra charge!! The house is cleaned every day. Additional there is a tourist taxe to pay 2,60 Eur per person and day. Kids are free of charge, that is the reason why the taxe is not included in the daily rate. The taxe is to be paied locally. The Bluebird Base is located on 1200m altitute on the mountain close to "Zell am Ziller" with a great view in a very quiet location. For this view and location there is a 6km long mountain road to drive uphill from "Zell am Ziller" to get up to the Bluebird Freeridebase. You are sharing the Bluebird Freeridebase with Amadeus. He is there and happy to help you and give you information about the best hikes, restaurants, skitouring, climbing and bouldering spots. He also takes care to respect your privacy in the house.
