It is 2 minutes walk distance from the Cathedral "Uspenie Bogorodichno". The Archaeological museum is 600 meters away. The city center is entirely a pedestrian area ( two minutes walking distance) and you can walk from the Opera House to the beach by crossing the beautiful Sea Garden of which Varna is very proud of. You can walk to the beach in 15/20 minutes while enjoying a pleasant walk through the Sea Garden. Despite of the fact that is centrally located the apartment is very quiet as it's located in a quite street just 2 minutes away from the Opera House and the Singing Fountains. Restaurants, cafes and shops are also just on your doorstep. All the sea front is renovated and there're lots of gourmet restaurants and modern bars.
