Geleen characteristic 1930s house. 2 to 3 people

I have been living in this house since March 2013, and since my children flew the nest, it has become very quiet here. I had good experiences renting with AIRBNB myself and became a host with Airbnb in 2018, hoping to meet nice people again. I no longer provide breakfast, there are several supermarkets and a sandwich shop within walking distance, as well as nice restaurants. Since I am allergic to dogs, I do not want dogs in my BNB. The space My house is a cozy 1930s house and equipped with every modern comfort. I have a two- to four-person room for rent and a single room. Here I rent the two to four-person room, which is located on the 2nd floor and has a double bed and two single beds. Both a fridge and a microwave are provided in the room, so you can cool or heat your own food and drinks. There is also the possibility to make coffee and/or tea. There is a shared bathroom, which you only share with me and possibly with my children, who are always welcome here, where you can use the shower, sink and toilet. You can also use the terrace. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. If necessary, you can use the kitchen, provided you leave it tidy. Guest access You may use the terrace, kitchen, bathroom and your own bedroom. During your stay When you have booked, you can app me at any time, should there be any questions. Upon arrival, you will receive a cup of coffee or tea, so I know who I have in the house and you know who you are in the house with. That's nice. 😉 Other things to note I am environmentally conscious. I have solar panels on my roof. I would appreciate it if my guests respected this idea. I would appreciate it if my guests were also mindful of energy. The rate for the tourist tax of the municipality of Sittard-Geleen in 2024 is €2.52 p.p.p.n. This is included in the price.
