Bright and modern flat of 190 m2, ideally located in Madrid. You will be in the Malasaña neighbourhood, the most chic area of Madrid. Fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 8 people. 3 bedrooms, two of them with double bed and the other one with single bed. RECENTLY WE HAVE JUST BOUGHT A SOFA BED FOR THE LIVING ROOM. Also ironing set, hairdryer, washing machine, boiler, heating (underfloor heating) and a/ac. Bed linen and towels are provided. For more information, please read on below. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multi-purpose cloth and 1 rubbish bag. Other features you should take into account: - The flat is on the ground floor. ATTENTION: IF YOU ARE A LIGHT LOVER, THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE :-) - You will have a set of keys at your disposal. Accommodation: You will appreciate the place for its central location and modernity. The flat can comfortably accommodate 8 people and is located on the ground floor. To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal - A living area: 3 sofa, one of them its a sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV and a dining area with table and chairs. - A functional kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, cooking utensils. - A first pleasant bedroom: double bed, television, storage space. - A second modern bedroom: double bed, television, storage space. - A third functional bedroom: two single beds, storage spaces. The flat is equipped with 3 modern bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, a washbasin and toilets. If you are travelling with a baby and need a cot for your stay, you can request one in advance. Please note that the cot has an additional cost of 30 euros, plus a highchair for 15 euros extra that you will have to pay in cash to the person in charge of delivering it. Prior notice will be required to have it ready for your arrival. The closest metro stations to the flat are: Santo Domingo (Line 2) which is a 4-minute walk from the flat. - Callao station (Line 3 and 5) which is a 4 minute walk from the flat. - Gran Vía station (Line 1 and 5) which is a 7-minute walk from the flat. The nearest public car parks are: -Parking Aparcamiento Público. Luna - Tudescos is 1 minute walk from the flat and costs 32€ per day. -Parking Barco 1 is 5 minutes walk from the flat and costs 29€ per day, 2 days 58€, 3 days 87€.... IMPORTANT, IF YOU COME BY CAR YOU MUST BE AWARE THAT the flat is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL, where there are strict traffic restrictions. Please note that to access the flat by private vehicle you must have the corresponding DGT approval, otherwise you will only be able to access the flat on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT IN ORDER TO ACCESS THE FLAT BY PRIVATE CAR, YOU RESERVE A PARKING SPACE DURING YOUR STAY. YOU CANNOT PARK ON THE STREET, PUBLIC PARKING MUST BE USED. From the moment you make your reservation and throughout your stay in the accommodation, until the moment you leave, our team will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment is located in Malasaña district in Madrid. The streets of the trendy student neighborhood of Malasaña are full of cafes, bakeries and retro clothing stores. On weekends, a market takes place in the historic Dos de Mayo square, a popular meeting place lined with lively bars. At night, bands and DJs perform in avant-garde nightclubs and rock venues. The Conde Duque Cultural Center exhibits art and screens films outdoors in its 18th-century buildings and courtyards. Places to visit: - Retiro Park. - El Prado Museum. - Topical Garden. - Crystal Palace. To do: - Walking around the streets of Lavapiés. - Having a drink in the Tropical Garden inside the Atocha Station. - Visit the museum area and the Retiro Garden. - Attend a flamenco show. When you arrive at the apartment, I will greet you in person. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. In any case, I will visit you in the apartment once you have checked in. Free check-in takes place from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key delivery. We have the option of self check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. For self check-in we have the option to pick up the keys at a nearby establishment located 10 minutes away. The check-in hours are until 23h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to receive you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and the check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35 € at the time of delivery of keys. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the apartment. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the apartment. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the apartment (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the apartment). Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. It is not allowed to accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the apartment. Please take out the garbage every day, especially during the summer months. There are garbage cans on each floor of the building. Leave the house tidy before you leave. Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you. Thank you very much. Once the reservation is confirmed, I will request a copy of all passports or identity documents of all guests over 16 years of age. Failure to present them will be grounds for cancellation of the reservation. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPANISH LAW, ALL GUESTS STAYING IN A TOURIST APARTMENT ARE OBLIGED TO PRESENT AN IDENTITY DOCUMENT (IDENTITY CARD OR PASSPORT) AND TO SIGN THE GUEST REGISTRATION FORM OF THE NATIONAL POLICE. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS OBLIGATION WILL ENTITLE US TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE CUSTOMER. In case you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we undertake to keep them for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them. It is important that you notify us of the loss of your belongings and that we inform you that they will be picked up at a location other than the accommodation.
