Off street parking. Christchurch and airport less than 30 mins away. The house has WIFI - fibre. The space The house has two bedrooms with queen size beds and a third bedroom that sleeps three (bunk bed and a single bed). The main bedroom has an ensuite and a walk in wardrobe. It has comfortable living areas with two three seater couches and an armchair with a smart TV. Good internet WIFI coverage. Indoor and outdoor dining areas. Off street covered parking. A great place to have a beach holiday while having all the luxuries of modern living. Yet not too far from Christchurch City or an International airport. Heatpump and large north facing windows which capture the winter sun make it very comfortable in the winter months. The master bedroom has a queen size bed a walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is very private and has a queen size bed, wardrobe and dresser. The third bedroom has a single bed and bunk beds with a built in wardrobe and dresser. Please note only children on the top bunk (or persons less than 65 kg). Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Comfortable lounge with two 3 seater couches plus an armchair. Dining table inside plus outdoor table and chairs on a large deck which also has a gas barbecue. Plus separate relaxing area with comfortable cape cod chairs. It has a washing machine and outdoor clothes line and indoor drying rack. Short easy walk to the beach, local shop, tennis courts, playground, park and toddler pool, everything is within a 5 minute walk. Private secure property the back yard is completely fenced off. Off street parking. Waikuku Beach has a surf club that is patrolled over the summer. Check in is after 2.30pm and check out is at 10.30 am. Self entry via a lock box. Dogs are welcome but only non shedding breeds allowed inside all others outside in the secure back yard. Please pick up your dog droppings on departure. Good local beach, forest and estuary walks which is home to a variety of bird life. The local shop is open from 7am - 8pm and does really good takeaway fish and chips with homemade batter. Pegasus town and golf course is a 5 minute drive. Rangiora is a 10 minute drive. Rangiora has everything you need as far as shopping and supplies. Other things to note Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided but you will need your own beach towels. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided.
