Parking, terrace, lawn (2000 m²) of which a part is enclosed, all private. In the green countryside, 10 minutes from sandy beaches. Peace and quiet, while remaining close to all amenities. The birdsong accompanies you from the morning onwards, especially if you have breakfast on the terrace. The flowers surround you and the calm that reigns in this green setting will make you forget the passing of time... Change of scenery guaranteed! Guest access You will be at home in this house throughout your stay. You can grill on the barbecue, play ball games on the lawn (4000 m²), or simply do nothing while strolling on the terrace or a patch of grass. But the region offers you plenty of choices for discoveries, walks or tastings... I remain at your disposal to guide you during your stay. Please note, electricity is not included in the rental rate, an edf statement is made with you on arrival and departure, and you only pay for what you have consumed. Towels can be offered at an extra charge of 3 euros per person for a shower towel, a hand towel and a washcloth.
