Since there is no reception in the building, a check-in agent will come to meet you. That is why we will contact you a few days before your arrival to get your arrival details (flight number and landing time, train arrival time, or estimated time if traveling by car). If you arrive later than 6:00 PM, please inform us so we can arrange self-check-in and you can collect the cards/keys upon arrival. In the case of groups or when the company deems it necessary, if an in-person check-in is carried out from 9:30 p.m. onwards, an additional fee will apply.
