Welcome to The Cozy house in Lakes Entrance. This place is a small old house located not far from town with two bedrooms and a small extra room. If you want to have a comfortable rest with your family, you choose this place. Enjoy the nearby sea in summer, and spend time at the fireplace in winter. If you bring a boat, don't worry. There are enough driveway to park your boat. The space ● We are located within a 10 minutes walk to the family friendly beach. In fact, everything The Lake Entrance has to offer (town centre, beach, jetty, walking tracks, etc.) are within reasonable walking distance, so if you have spare time, park the car and enjoy the fresh air. Guest access ● Indoor Space Good size of Living area is complete with comfortable Sofa, Fireplace, Air conditioner that becomes a heater, Television. (Note. No Wi-Fi or internet access available) The Kitchen is separated from the living room. There are cooking utensils, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, etc. plus enough size fridge, four burner hotplates. And, cleaning products are provided. We have one bathroom with shower, basic toiletries and hair dryer are provided. Separate toilet is in the laundry area. ● Bedroom Configuration Bedroom 1: One Queen bed with fans and oil heater. Bedroom 2: One Double bed with fans and oil heater extra room : One Sofa ● Outdoor Areas The front veranda is ideal for you to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. The house has enclosed backyard for the kids to explore or enjoy the beauty of the night sky in a safe environment. ● Parking Off-street parking will present no problem, with a long driveway for cars, boats, trailers and bikes.
