Approx 25min walk or 4min drive/5min bus to Engadine shops and train station. Close to the Royal National Park and Cronulla Beach. The space Guests can enter property via path at side of house and through the garden. Double bed in main living space. Separate small bedroom with single bed. Kitchen includes fridge, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, plus kitchen essentials. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Towels, hair dryer, hand wash, body wash and shampoo provided. TV with Chromecast (no antenna). Free wifi: patchy and somewhat unrealiable, not recommended for remote work and video calls. Shared garden with sun loungers. Small table + 2 chairs for guests use in front of the guesthouse. Shared laundry available on our property with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Strictly no smoking in the guesthouse, garden, or around the property. Guest access Plenty of free street parking available. Bus (993) to the Engadine shops and station is only 120m away.
