Very spacious Super King with views TEIGNMOUTH

Welcome to Belmont House. A beautiful Victorian house recently renovated to provide spacious, attractive accommodation. We are a mere 10 minutes walk from Teignmouth Train station, beaches and local amenities. We have 4 lovely rooms and a modern kitchen and bathroom for the sole use of guests. This super king size room offers views over the garden and Teign estuary This room is particularly spacious and would suit a family. A large 50" TV and period sofa are provided for your comfort. The space We think you will love this room. The bed is enormous and the room feels more like a small apartment in itself. There is a 50" tv and sofa where you can chill out and a huge Victorian bay window with spectacular views over the estuary and hills beyond. The super king size bed is firm and comfortable with lovely white bed linen. We are happy to add a guest bed should this be required - just let us know when booking. On arrival you will be shown the kitchen where guests are provided with milk, orange juice and a selection of bread, pastries and preserves. Alternative milk is available on request. The fully fitted kitchen is for guest use only and has a modern cooker, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. We strive to provide a "home from home" experience and want our guests to feel completely relaxed at our place. The large shared areas allow guests privacy as well as the opportunity to mix should they wish to. Guest access There is a massive patio where guests can take their morning coffee or evening sundowners and this is accessed via a short flight of steps. The accommodation itself is on one level but the building is accessed via a short flight of steps from the drive. We are happy for guests to park up and drop off their bags but then they will need to find on street parking either in our road or in a nearby street. It’s a Victorian property and so not designed for multiple vehicles. We are always happy to help guests to find a space. During your stay We do our best to be around to advise on places to go but happy to message via text throughout their stay. I have lived here for nearly 20 years so know the area well. We love to be active and are more than happy to suggest places to go or activities to try. Other things to note Teignmouth is a very vibrant town with an array of bars and restaurants. We believe that Belmont House offers good value for money and is in an ideal location - a short distance from the station, beaches and town but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the centre.
